Welcome to Blast Barbería Studio. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all our clients. 2. Appointments & Scheduling Booking: Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online through our booking platform (if available). Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to reschedule to respect other customers’ time. Cancellations: We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (if applicable). 3. Payments We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (where available). All services and product prices are clearly listed in our shop or on our official website. Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited toward a rescheduled appointment if you provide sufficient notice. 4. Service Quality & Satisfaction We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer an adjustment or touch-up. Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, service fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered. 5. Conduct & Respect We maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for both clients and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. Please refrain from using loud, offensive, or inappropriate language within the studio. 6. Health & Safety We adhere to all local hygiene and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment. Clients must inform their barber of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before a service begins. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of others. 7. Products & Merchandise All products sold are authentic and professionally approved. Product returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. 8. Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can be redeemed for services or products at Blast Barbería Studio and must be used before their expiration date (if applicable). 9. Privacy We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or purchases is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 10. Changes to Terms Blast Barbería Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or displayed in-store.
