Services No Refunds on Services: Once a haircut, shave, or grooming service has been completed, we generally do not offer refunds. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly invite you back for a free touch-up or adjustment to ensure you’re happy with your look. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Appointments missed or canceled without at least 12 hours’ notice may be charged partially or in full. We respect your time and ask the same in return. 2. Products Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges of unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products (such as styling gels, sprays, or grooming tools) cannot be returned or exchanged.
