3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit may be offered in place of a refund for certain product-related issues.

4. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans can change. To respect our barbers’ time:

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit (if applicable).
