Exchange policy

At Blast Barber Studio Barberia, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our grooming products and services. If you’re not completely happy with a product purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the conditions below.
1. Product Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible retail products within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
You may exchange your item for another product of equal value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

Used or opened grooming products

Gift cards or promotional items

Discounted or clearance products
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or causes an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately.

We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a store credit after reviewing the concern.

Please bring the product and your receipt to our studio for evaluation.
4. Service Exchanges
Because barbering and grooming are personal services, exchanges do not apply to completed services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your haircut, shave, or beard styling, please contact us within 3 days — we will happily make adjustments at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction.
